Trustee sales, which usually involve attorneys and multiple surviving family members, are a specialty of mine.  This can sometimes be a difficult and sensitive transaction. 

Whether there is an elderly surviving spouse who requires extra sensitivity or siblings who aren’t on the same page, my goal is to keep headaches to a minimum while obtaining the highest price for the property.
