I have been involved in residential commercial property for 30 years. In the 80’s I was a “handyman” for an investor in Mission Beach for a summer. A lot of lessons were learned and scorched into my brain. By 91’ I owned my first building and my career as a landlord began. I’ve personally bought/sold/traded dozens of rental buildings in San Diego.
My clients rely on my experience to guide them through this process. Not simply finding a building that makes sense for them but understanding what it is going to take financially to bring the building up to its highest and best rental potential. I specialize in “fringe areas” that have greater potential for higher rents in the future which means higher value, lower investment.
I enjoy commercial real estate and the different problem solving situations it brings. It's less about emotion and more about numbers and practicality. It’s a business not a life style.
I insist that my job is as an adviser…NOT salesman. I provide all the information and my clients make their own decision with no bias or pressure from me. If you have a question you will get an answer…direct and from the heart (not always the answer you expect to hear).
My team and I have helped clients purchase commercial buildings as well, retail and warehouse. |
