Over the years I have been fortunate enough to live and explore the best of what San Diego has to offer.  I believe its beach and golf communities highlight a huge part of that.  Below are area's that I specialize in and consider "my backyard".



La Jolla has one of the most diverse real estate markets you'll find. In a mile radius, you could have homes differ in price by several million dollars. There are many communities within La Jolla, all offering something special. Single family homes range in price from $850,000 and up and condos from $400,000 and up.




This is another one of my favorite spots, not only for homes but also for investment properties.




Santaluz is a private golf community located north of San Diego. It's surrounded by rolling hills and native desert landscape.  Homes in this community range in price from $800,000 to 5 million.
