Aside from having some laughs together in the process, it’s how I really get to know my clients.  I have a knack for listening and recognizing what their wants and needs are in a house.

This saves everyone from unnecessary frustration and wasted time.  Buying a home is exciting and should be fun.  The other side of the equation is being a sound advisor.  If the people I work with are successful in getting exactly what they want and can afford, I have just made a client for life.
